Illustration Friday – Jump
I’m developing some new characters for a book project so thought I’d kill two birds with one stone and make them ‘jump’ for Illustration Friday.
New Fun Print
After doing the illustrations for a Russian folk tale, I wanted to use the same style to develop some more drawings. I’ve started to sell prints of my work and since I am based here in the UAE, it is only fair that I should add a camel to my collection. A couple of quick sketches later and a lick of colour and here he is….
Gandalf and Frodo
In a former life I was a theatre and costume designer. I revived those skills again this weekend to make costumes for my nephew and daughter to wear at a film and comic convention in Dubai. I think I still have the touch….

On the Wings of a Tale
So proud to be a part of the folk tales project organised by the Diplomatic Wives Group in the UAE. The book was launched last week at Abu Dhabi International Book Fair and features stories from around the world with illustrations from local artists and designers.
